Savings came from somewhere. I neudrstand that the multiplier follows naturally from the keynesian cross. But the keynesian cross doesn’t have time or stocks in it. It’s just an Income/Expenditure graph form of the circular flow. But the circular flow offers no way of neudrstanding how the factory was ever built. It’s as if the flow fell from the sky.If I am to have savings… I must save. According to the keynesian model, that would have a negative effect. That I may draw on those savings in a later period doesn’t erase the impact in the prior one. How do you account for time and realistic action over time in your neudrstanding of this?
